Welcome to the Betty.bar Software License Agreement! By using our "One-Click Wonder" platform powered by BTY tokens, you're agreeing to this license. No boring corporate speak—just the essential legal bits with a splash of Betty's signature humor.

1. Grant of License

We, Team Betty.bar, grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our blockchain-powered casino software ("The Platform") for personal entertainment purposes. Think of it as borrowing our digital bartender—you can play, but you can't clone Betty and start your own bar next door.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

• Play games using BTY tokens on Solana or Ethereum (Base L2)
• Verify game fairness using our provably fair algorithms
• Set BTY allowances for seamless one-click gaming
• Share your epic wins (and crushing defeats) on social media
• Access the platform via any supported browser or mobile device

3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Reverse-engineer our smart contracts (they're our secret sauce)
• Exploit bugs for profit (find one? Report it—we'll buy you a virtual drink)
• Use automated bots or scripts to game the system
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our software
• Create derivative works or competing platforms using our code
• Interfere with blockchain operations or attempt to manipulate outcomes

4. Provably Fair Technology

Our games use SHA-256 cryptographic algorithms with:

• Server Seeds (generated by our platform)
• Client Seeds (influenced by your interactions)
• Nonce values (ensuring each round is unique)
• On-chain verification (because trust, but verify)

This isn't just marketing fluff—it's mathematically proven fairness that even skeptical developers can verify.

5. Smart Contract Integration

The Platform operates via smart contracts on:

• Solana (SPL Token standard)
• Ethereum Base L2 (ERC-20 standard)

Smart contracts handle:

• BTY token approvals and transfers
• Game outcome determination
• Automatic payout execution
• Provably fair result generation

6. Intellectual Property Rights

We own:

• The "Betty.bar" brand, logo, and neon-sign aesthetics
• All game logic, smart contract code, and UI/UX designs
• BTY token contracts and related blockchain infrastructure
• Any improvements or updates to the Platform

You retain ownership of your wallet, private keys, and any user-generated content (like those legendary chat messages).

7. Updates & Modifications

We may update the Platform to:

• Add new games (SpaceX Rocket 2.0, anyone?)
• Improve blockchain compatibility
• Fix bugs or security vulnerabilities
• Comply with evolving regulations

Updates are automatic—no downloads, no hassle, just seamless improvements.

8. Termination

This license terminates if you:

• Violate any terms of this agreement
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt our services
• Use the Platform for illegal activities
• Generally act like a digital troublemaker

Upon termination, you lose access but retain any BTY tokens in your personal wallet.

9. Disclaimers & Warranties

The Platform is provided "as-is" with no warranties beyond:

• Provably fair game outcomes
• Smart contract integrity (audited by sober mathematicians)
• Basic functionality as advertised

We don't guarantee:

• 100% uptime (blockchains sometimes hiccup)
• Protection against your own poor gambling decisions
• That you'll always win (sorry, that's not how probability works)

10. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the BTY tokens you've actually lost due to our technical failures—not your gambling choices. We're not responsible for:

• Network fees on Solana or Base (pennies per transaction: ~$0.0005 on Solana, ~$0.001-$0.01 on Base)
• Wallet security (guard those private keys!)
• Market volatility of cryptocurrencies
• Your karaoke performance while playing

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Jurisdiction TBD based on licensing requirements. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration—preferably over cocktails, but legally binding nonetheless.

12. Open Source Components

Where applicable, third-party open-source libraries maintain their original licenses. Our proprietary code remains protected, but we respect the blockchain community's collaborative spirit.
