8. Account Suspension & Ban

User-generated content (chat messages, memes) remains yours—unless we memeify it first.

12. Amendments

We may tweak ToS when new chains emerge or when Betty learns new jokes.
Updated ToS take effect immediately upon posting—refresh regularly (or forget and hope for the best).
